Change takes place, incessantly. Change repeats by coming back, but always comes back differently. But change’s very repetition is also its strange promise, strange because this promise guarantees nothing except that it will come again. The task then is how to take change. For change takes us, creates and sustains us, is us. But then, if change is us, then in some ways, we are also as infinite as change.
